The Highfield Level 1 Award in an Introduction to Mental Health and Wellbeing (RQF) aims to assist learners in their personal growth and to provide them with an understanding of their own mental health and manage it effectively.
 
It is ideal for learners preparing to enter employment or already in employment and who wish to develop their knowledge of mental health, either to progress onto a qualification in another subject or simply for personal growth and understanding.
