1. Overview

This subscription provides access to a comprehensive First Responder Kit, including reusable medical equipment, consumable supplies, and a storage bag, for the duration of an active subscription. The kit is designed for trained personnel and is subject to proper use and return policies.

2. Subscription Term & Billing

• The subscription is billed on a monthly basis.

• Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled by the subscriber with at least 14 days’ notice.

• Payment is collected via the selected method at checkout.

• ​

3. Contents of the Kit

Your First Responder Kit includes the following:

  • 1x Oropharyngeal Airway Set (Sizes 000 to 4)

  • 4x Optilube Lubricating Sachets

  • 2x Nasopharyngeal Airway Sets (Sizes 6 to 8)

  • 1x Reflex Medical Adult BVM (Bag Valve Mask)

  • 1x Ambu Perfit Adjustable Collar

  • 1x SuctionLite Manual Suction

• Bleeding & Trauma

  • 2x EMS Run Tourniquets (Metal Windlass)

  • 2x 4″ Israeli Bandages

4. Consumables Policy

• Consumables (e.g. bandages, lubricants, wipes, gloves) are restocked within reasonable monthly usage.

• SOS UK reserves the right to limit quantities or decline excessive restocking requests.

• Deliberate overuse or resupply abuse may result in additional charges or subscription termination.

5. Equipment & Wear Policy

• The kit and all contents remain the property of Secure One Solutions Ltd.

• Normal wear and tear will be managed at SOS UK’s discretion.

• Damage or loss from misuse, improper storage, or neglect may result in replacement charges.

6. Returns & Cancellation

• If you cancel the subscription, all kit items including the bag must be returned in clean, functional condition within 14 days.

• Missing, damaged, or incomplete returns may incur a replacement fee up to the full item value.

• Collection or return instructions will be provided at cancellation.

7. Use Requirements

• Only trained individuals should use this equipment.

• The kit must not be loaned or transferred to unqualified users.

• The bag must be stored safely and maintained hygienically at all times.

​

8. Limitation of Liability

• Secure One Solutions Ltd is not liable for any misuse, delayed response, or improper application of kit components.

• Insurance cover applies only if the subscriber is acting in accordance with company policy and procedures.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Subscribers will be notified of material changes via email.
